Weekend Photo Dump

Friend's Thanksgiving.
And a lazy Sunday, full of cold brisk walks, Christmas shopping and more eating.

I could eat him up. (I had to make this one b/w...I'm a little scary in color)

Notice Pat and Zeb's matching outfits and stache's. Classic.

Lulu made Addi a Christmas dress!!!
I was proud of her sewing skills.
Poor Addi has had a broken foot for months.

Homemade Mac/Cheese for friend's thanksgiving!

And we finished the weekend off with some Pazuki.

Katie! It was SOOOO good and SO easy.
7 oz macaroni (I did 8oz)
1/4 cup butter (I always use more butter)
3 tbsps flour
8oz cream cheese (1 package)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp dijon mustard
2 cups schredded cheddar cheese
Bread crumbs/stuffing
2 tbsps butter
2 tbsps fresh parsley
Garlic salt

Boil the noodles for about 10 mins. While they are cooking. mix the butter, flour (first until smooth), add milk, cream cheese, salt, pepper, mustard. Stir on medium until thickish. Once noodles are done pour them into the sauce then add the cheese! Stir, stir, stir.
Pour cheesy noodles into a dish.
I LOVE a crunchy topping so I put a lot of plain stuffing bread crumbs on top that was already mixed with the butter, parsley and garlic salt.
Bake for 20-30 mins at 350 or until golden brown on the top.
