Reminiscing

Tonight Ari was going through her two boxes of Kindergarten and 1st grade memories and I said to her.

Meme: Did you have fun going through all your stuff
Lulu: Yah, it was fun and sad.
Meme: Why was it sad?
Lulu: Because 2nd grade isn't 1st grade and very different from Kindergarten

I totally understood.
Reminiscing, is sometimes sad. It takes you back to the things that used to be and brings back memories, even if they are good, make you sad because it's different now. For lulu that was learning the A,B,C's and how to write. Love that about her.
