Great wedding. Beautiful people. Lots of laughs and I have to say for not drinking I had a fabulous time.

Wedding Coordinator

Oh snap!

I can't tell you how excited I am to be my dear friend Bonnie's Wedding Coordinator.

I was all ready tonight with my clipboard (yes my clipboard) to meet the Venue Manager and her DJ. I arrived, excited and ready to go with my clipboard in hand as I walked through the doors. Eager to get my questions answered.

I was an hour late.

Dude.

Sometimes my excitement kills my organization.

Where do I start?

I'm overly blessed. I really do feel this way. I can't explain it. My heart is so full. I have a million things I want to share with you all.

All the prep work for the big day (folding napkins, setting up...and I mean setting every little thing up (I have some amazing friends), tying fabric, twine for days, loading and unloading, and some major lifting...I could go on and on)

How amazing every little thing was on the 24th. How I can't believe how emotional I got when seeing old friends. How great my MOH's speaches were...and my dads. I sobbed. The full moon. Zeb's eyeballs, his little talk with Ari, the food, the dancing...oh the dancing. I loved every second.

It was ok the DJ didn't play our songs we wished for....never thought I would walk out to "we will we will rock you?!?!?!"

Having 4 huge bug bites on my back that looked like hives...no biggie.

Everyone went over and beyond.

It was just perfect for me.

Coaster Boy and I both cried during our first dance. Loved this part, thought I would hate it, but loved all our emotions here (or maybe it was the fact that I didn't get to eat my 2nd piece of pizza)

And this, pretty much sums up our evening.

The barn. The kids. The laughs. The crazy music. The friendship. The love. The family. The photographer. It's all just a huge example to me. I need to give more. Do more for others. Because these days don't happen without all the giving and doing of the people in my life and I can't quite wrap my finger around it. But it's was huge. It is huge.

Second big one...today our venue told use we can't do our rehearsal DINNER at the farm...just the rehearsal...HUH? You mean when you said rehearsal that meant no rehearsal DINNER. Weird. Ok. Ok. Ok...

Glow Sticks

I thought I was starting a new trend...but apparently I'm not.

When I was a Michael's on Sunday trying to figure out my invitations I came across the dollar section.

Glow Sticks galore!!
I thought the kids would really enjoy these little glowing ditties as they roam around the farm at our wedding. Then I thought how cool it would look if EVERYONE had glow sticks!!

So I bought 360 of them.

Off to the mall. To get new clothes. For my new job. That I didn't even know about until 2 days ago. I am blessed. Fully.

Ari scored a goal in this morning's soccer game. I can't tell you how proud I am...she is really stinkin good. LIKE really stinking good. And I love that she is so good at soccer.
