On my mind the last couple of days. I wish I could put into words what it is exactly that I'm feeling. But it's hard. I can't quite pinpoint it.

Not sure if it's because Briggs is 1 or Ari is 10 and her schedule is nuts and I'm feeling like I'm loosing a little bit of her. She's so busy. Zeb and I were talking last night how we would so much rather her so busy she can't think about anything else other than school and sports.
I keep finding myself taking deep breathes. All. Day. Long. Time is going too fast. Things are changing too fast. And I'm reminded again and again, I need to put my stupid phone down. I need to write more. Blog more. Capture more memories (guess I am doing this with my phone). I so wish I had this blog when Ari was Briggsy age. Everything is so thrilling. So new. First steps (not yet), first birthdays, sites, and experiences. I love the newness of having Briggs and love even more that I'm reminded everyday (by watching Lu) how fast it all goes.

Love that they are making the same face.

Today, I've been teaching for 1 month at Fly Fitness.
I remember this picture like it was yesterday.
It makes me so proud of myself.

I love looking back. Even more so, I love looking back and seeing how much has changed for the better in a year. So much better than looking back and seeing the same old person!

Steve Jobs

Zeb asked me this morning if I was honoring Steve Jobs with my turtle neck.

(Funny thing is my bro asked Ari if turtle necks were still in style because she was wearing one the other day, uncle giving her a complex)

Ari and I happen to like them. And if I look like Steve Jobs, that is quite the honor. I even own new balance tennis shoes...the same ones my grandpa had.

My poor baby boy deals with my nasty cough that hurts my back.

And my sneezes that kill Coaster Boy's ears.

Today, so far...

• I haven't cried
• I've only messed up one minor thing...so far.
• I don't have capabilities to book in Luxembourg and India and I need to set up a mtg five minutes ago in those locations.
• I had a lunch date with coaster boy (favorite part of the day so far)
• I have on-boarded three people in our system. xiao, xiaomin and Vibhav...welcome, I can't pronounce your name but I'm thrilled you are here
• I'm on my 3rd cup of tea

Let's see how long I last here...any guesses?

Tomorrow is my very last day at Clearwire. And I say that with a huge, heavy, monster weight lifted off my shoulders. I learned A LOT in these last 17 months. Morally, I grew big time and had to make some really hard decisions. But in all of that, I grew and I'm happy for that. I made some really great friends. I learned how to print...a lot. And to shred. A lot. So as I close this chapter, it's nothing but sweet. No bitterness what so ever. 

So with that my dear bloggers. I'm out. Off to watch Lauren win American Idol (I hope).

I took a half day...actually I left work at 11.

And had some really really really productive girlie time.

Had my first microdermabrasion...it still hurts. Can't wash it or touch it until tomorrow...

And I found a new hair lady...I called them at 12:45pm and they had a 1:30 appointment available and bam, just like that I'm back to being BLONDE. Like super duper.

And better yet, I got to pick up Lu from school with all the moms in their workout gear, sunglasses and Starbucks. They are all really fancy.

Then off to some cefiore with Non and Lu.

Maybe we'll sneak over to see Suzy...

I just have to say, I love the randomness.

Most of you...

Know coaster boy's and my crazy story.

We met at Chili's 12 or so years ago...(he gave me his digits on a coaster, then years later proposed to me on one, hence the name coaster boy)

I broke up with my high school boyfriend for him. Six months later, I broke up with Zeb for my high school boyfriend.

I didn't see Zeb again until...

5 years ago when I ran into this dude all. over. the. place.

And after meeting in AZ, going through some major life stuff, both of us moving all over the place...we both ended up living on the same street, in Kland (9th ave south/9th Street)...years later.

So of course when I saw this guy again...after years...I knew I was going to marry him.
