Headboard

Done and done!

I feel so, so, so grown up.

My mattress has been on the ground since I moved back to Seattle (six years ago!)...and I haven't had a big girl bed for a very, very, very long time!

AND it takes me forever to decide on something I like...hence we are still sitting at patio furniture for dinner. Next up, homemade table.

Coaster Boy and I decided to make our very own headboard. You can see the start here and the finished product....

I feel so accomplished.

I sewed all those buttons on...

We hung it slightly too high the first go around.

But now, it is just perfect!

Head WHAT?

So Coaster Boy and I have been a little more crafty than normal. Which is so fun and exciting, however. let's just say....

We ran out of staples....more to come tomorrow. 
So excited.
