Highlighting @ 9? You are in for it mama, those salon bills are going to be pricey later on. I had to start coloring early but that is cuz I have gray hair (thanks grandma), but thankfully I have 2 hairdressers in the fam.
* they do look pretty darn cute though, gotta love the things girls do at sleepovers!
