Do we get her an iTouch or a Kindle?
The itouch is really selling me because we could do FACE TIME when she is home and I'm at work! HOW COOL.
Zeb is all about the Kindle because he prides himself as an Amazon employee and since it is their top seller...bla bla bla.
[editors note: This is CB. I wanted to get Lu the Kindle because it promotes reading, she loves gadgets, and we read with her every night anyway.]

I am a huge fan of the itouch, you can look at your pictures, videos, read books, play games, listen to music... My 2 yr. old loves it when we are in car rides, there are tons of apps for kids of all ages as well. I think it is a more well rounded gift. not to mention you can add music to it as well.
I love the idea of the kindle, but I think for a kiddo the itouch is the way to go. :)
Kindle. Kids who read are really smart. Just don't let her leave the house with it.

I have a kindle and I LOVE it, I also have an iphone with the kindle app - if she gets an itouch she can get the kindle app and it's essentially the same as a kindle. The only thing is that it's sort of small to read on (are itouches the same size?) anyways - the point I am making is she can have both on the itouch - so that's my vote :)
I am a HUGE fan of the kindle. Do it.
Oh gosh. I love both. I have a Kindle and love it. I have a bazillion books on it. The iTouch has more options for her to play around, also my lil sis said you can actually download an app on it that allows you to call people. So she'd have her own phone essentially. The kindle app onm the itouch sucks.
That's my two cents.

Kindle, Kindle! Reading, reading! I am such a teacher!! :) I totally didn't even think of that for Titus, he would totally dig that too. We got him a mountain bike already, darn!

we got the touch...although the kindle had the most votes...we think she'll dig the touch and use it more. she can have her very own music. pictures. videos. games.

LOL at Suzanne's comment. I vote tricycle too. Technology scares me (says the girl who is still using the Razor phone). New phone next week! Yay.
