You can talk to one of the vendors down there before your wedding and see if they can make sure they have what you want and hold it for you. I helped a girl I used to work with do farmers market flowers for her wedding and that's what we did. The vendor was more than willing to help!
Brie! I love that you are full of knowledge. Maybe you should be my wedding planner??? ;) Or flower girl tutu maker? Or flower finder? Or shoooooooooooooooot you could do everything.
I'll make tutu's - that's all the responsibility I can handle :) (seriously I will, we can talk tomorrow night about it if you are interested) Weddling planner was once my dream job, then I planned my wedding and changed my mind.
