Yep, I said it. I'm on one. I know some of you don't believe me...and yes I'm still eating Cheez-Its and M&M's for lunch. BUT I'm addicted to working out. Not lifting weights but actually going for runs. walks. doing lunges. yoga. yoga. yoga.
I love it. I feel so much better. I'm happier. Maybe a little more crazier but definitly at a better place.
